The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all booking incentives (“Incentives”) offered by Accolade by Greystar (“Accolade”) to eligible students. By participating in this promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

1.1. To qualify for this promotion, you must be classified as an eligible new resident at Accolade by Greystar.

1.2. This offer is valid only for bookings made and the advance rent is paid during the promotion period, or until all allocations are exhausted, whichever comes first.

1.3. Your check-in and check-out dates must fall within the specific promotional period stated in the campaign details to remain eligible.

1.4. This offer is not valid for existing bookings or for bookings that have already paid a deposit prior to the promotion period unless otherwise stated.

2. Booking and Payment Conditions

2.1. All applications must have paid their holding advance rent as outlined in the application process by the specified due date.

2.2. Failure to pay the advance rent by the specified deadline will result in forfeiture of eligibility for this offer.

2.3. Students must pay their bond payment before check-in, in accordance with relevant state laws and regulations.

2.4. Room allocations are based strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.

2.5. Any room change requests after booking confirmation will incur an administration fee.

3. Incentive Details

3.1. Rental Rebates

Rental rebates will be credited to the resident’s account 6 weeks before the end of the lease period.

If a booking is cancelled prior to check-in, the rental rebate will be forfeited in full.

In the event of a lease break, all booking incentives (including rebates) will be charged back to the resident.

3.2. Laundry Credit

Laundry credits will be applied to the resident’s account 6 weeks post the lease commencement date.

3.3. Gift Card Incentives

Any applicable gift card incentive will be issued 12 weeks after lease commencement.

3.4. Incentives and rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.

4. General Conditions

4.1. Campaign benefits are subject to availability at the time of booking.

4.2. Accolade by Greystar reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.

4.3. In the case of any dispute, the decision of Accolade by Greystar shall be final and binding.

4.4. Accolade by Greystar reserves the right to verify eligibility and cancel rewards if false or misleading information is provided.

4.5. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the relevant state in which the accommodation is located.
