Living at Accolade
Beds vary slightly by apartment type, but most are king single or double beds. Either way, there’s plenty of room to stretch out. The measurements for each room type are below:
King Single – 203cm long x 107cm wide
Double Bed – 183cm long x 138cm wide
Payments & Lease Info
The bond is a security deposit that is registered with the appropriate state-based authority and covers any damage you may cause to the room. Don’t worry, this excludes normal wear and tear. You will receive an email before your contract start date asking you to make your bond payment.
It is refundable at the end of your stay with us providing there is no damage, your room is left clean and there is no outstanding rent.
We understand things change. Your lease is a legal agreement, but we offer transfers if you find someone to take over your contract. Our team can guide you through the steps. Speak to the team at reception if you need to discuss a lease transfer or cancellation.

All of our buildings are located close to major universities in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Canberra, making it easy to attend classes even when they're early in the morning. Depending on your chosen university and property, your trip will either be a quick walk, a brisk cycle or a short ride on public transport. Speak to your reception team for advice on commuting to your university.
Think low-key and meaningful. From study groups to cooking nights and movie marathons, rather than just socialising for the sake of it we run activities that help you connect and shape your Accolade experience.
